Pharoahe Monch took a trip up north for the Manifesto Festival in Toronto and enlisted none other than Toronto natives BADBADNOTGOOD as his backing band.
The set came as a close to the two-day festival and despite a reputed no-cussing policy, Monch seemed to teeter between dancing around the words with the crowd filling them in and going full force, blowing through them. The result is a high energy rendition of the Monch classic “Simon Says.”
